How fast can you arrive for a diagnostic appointment?
We offer same-day appointments across Duval and St. Johns counties. If your system goes down after hours, we have dedicated on-call technicians ready for emergency dispatch.
What should I do to prepare my home before the technician arrives?
To ensure a smooth diagnostic visit, please clear a 3-foot clearance path around your indoor air handler unit (usually in a closet, garage, or attic) and your outdoor condenser unit. Ensure all pets are secured in another room, and make sure someone over 18 is present to approve any diagnostics and upfront pricing.
How do I know if my AC issue is an emergency?
If you lose cooling during a Florida summer heatwave (when indoor temps rise past 80°F), or if you smell gas/smoke coming from your HVAC closet, it is an emergency. Other issues like slow temperature drops or minor rattling are standard repairs that can be scheduled for normal business hours.
